Abstract
|
|
|
This paper paresents 2 cases of carcinoma of the male breast who were admitted to Woo Sok University hospital this year.
The one, aged 51, with chief complaints of a non-tender hard mass (10×10×12 cm) on the lateral aspect of the right breast, begining with bean sized mass 3 months ago, was undergone radical mastectomy with rib resection for apparent metastasis to 4, 5, & 6th ribs. The microscopic diagnosis was carcinoma simplex and matastaic carcinoma of the ribs.
The other one, aged 47, with chief complaints of painful ulceration (3×2×2 cm) on upper lateral aspect of the left chest and palpable masses on the axillary region beginning with bean-sized mass 20 year ago, was undergone radical mastectomy with removal of the left axillary lymph nodes. The microscopic diagnosis was adenocarcinoma and metastatic carcinoma of the left axillary lymph nodes.
